Border Bank Welcomes Erik Diederich to the bank’s Board of Directors.

Mark Karl, Board of Directors Chairman, and David Felch, CEO are pleased to announce the appointment of Erik Diederich to Border Bank’s Board of Directors. Mr. Diederich is the Director and Owner of Industrial Builders, Inc, and Diederich Drone Service, LLC  in Fargo, North Dakota. Industrial Builders is a third-generation family business focused on heavy civil construction, serving the Midwest region, and employing 250 team members in multiple divisions. 

Mr. Diederich was selected to serve on the Board of Directors for his leadership in business development and strategic vision for digitizing banking, while maintaining quality customer relationships. He also serves on the North Dakota Economic Development Foundation Board of Directors, Bison Bidders Bowl Committee, and the North Dakota State College of Science Industry Advisory Council.
