Jordan Cook, Border Bank Market President in Fargo, North Dakota, announced Roger Erbes has joined the team at Border Bank. Erbes will serve as SVP Ag/Business Banker for the Fargo and Moorhead area markets. 

“We are very excited Roger joined the team at Border Bank. He is considered one of the region’s most trusted and respected professionals within the ag banking industry – exactly what our ag customers are seeking in an ag officer and require to be successful,” said Cook.

Erbes grew up on a farm near Barney, North Dakota. He attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, an MBA from University of Mary, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He brings extensive experience in business banking to Border Bank, having spent the last twelve years serving as an Ag Officer.

I am proud to be joining this family and look forward to serving area farmers and ranchers in this new capacity,” said Erbes. 

Erbes and his wife Janelle live in Mapleton, North Dakota, along with their two sons Jax and Lincoln. When he is not serving the ag industry, Erbes enjoys coaching his children’s sporting teams, fishing, reading, and cooking.
